Solution:  A TVS producer and production / post production crew went on location to Moab.  During the two days prior to the event, off-road and on-road vehicle footage was shot, edited, and a B-roll DVD was produced to provide to journalists upon arrival.  The B-roll package was also sent to international journalists who where not able to attend.

The same crew then documented the ride-and-drive event. The week following the ride-and-drive event, a documentary was produced highlighting the event and the media reaction.
