Requirement:  An executive leadership team required effective communication throughout their enterprise.  With a shift in culture and new initiatives, consistent delivery of messages was required.  The CEO wanted to take the lead by communicating and connecting with employees on a regular basis.

Solution: TVS worked with the communication and information technology departments to determine that webcasting was the best delivery method for the CEO message.  TVS coordinates all production requirements and crew to videotape the CEO at various facilities throughout the organization.  The taped message is edited and encoded.  Final delivery to the client is a link to the streaming on demand video from a secure environment.
