TVS is proud to announce the launch of the On Your Birthday website.  The first public phase of a multi-phased, multi-year commitment between TVS and the founders of On Your Birthday (OYB).  OYB is an online community of children’s charities that helps donors give unexpected presents to children in need of good cheer on their birthdays.  OYB needed a dynamic web solution that meets its immediate need (to develop a web presence) and took them into the future as their needs grow.  Developing the OYB website using Joomla, an Open Source Content Management System, TVS is able to help grow the OYB website as their organization grows is an very cost effective manner.
